Business Banking Relationship Manager

As a Corporate Business Banking Relationship Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of business clients offering a range of banking products and services tailored to their unique needs.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with business owners and enterprises.
• Understand the financial goals and requirements of clients to provide personalized banking solutions.
• Sell businessbanking products: Current Accounts Business Loans CC OD Insurance POS and CMS.
• Crosssell additional products to enhance the overall financial relationship with clients.
• Provide expert financial advice to clients.
• Recommend banking products aligned with client objectives.

Desired Candidates Profiles:

• Proven work experience of 1 to 5 Years in Core Retail Liability Banking Sales/Insurance/Investment domain.
• Possess good servicing and relationship management skills.
• Aggressive salesperson and a gogetter who could work under pressure and defined targets.
• Needs to have a good knowledge of Liability products TPP products viz. MF Life General Insurance etc.
• Good interpersonal skills communication skills both written and oral and a pleasing personality.
