As part of our dynamic team, you'll navigate the confluence of business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and maritime ERP applications. Your role will focus on developing AI enhancements for our ERP solutions and crafting innovative products for the maritime industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Maritime ERP Management: You will need to handle, supervise, and optimize Maritime ERP operations and facilitate better decision-making processes.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes, identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility, and recommending new approaches, contributing to the realization of the strategy.
Requirements Management & Communication: Effectively elicit, identify, and document business needs into detailed business and functional requirements, and manage all requirements documentation.
Stakeholder Management: You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into functional requirements.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly review data in the ERP system, analyze and interpret complex data, and provide reports to help drive the business's strategic direction.
Solution Assessment & Validation: Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions that meet user requirements by utilizing your experience in the shipping domain.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and troubleshoot issues that arise, providing solutions that are effective in maintaining business operations.
Continuous Improvement: Utilize your experience from the shipping field to contribute to the continuous improvement of our business processes and the ERP system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Maritime ERP.
- A strong background in the shipping industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of sailing experience as an Engineering Officer or Deck Officer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
- Proven track record in business analysis or a related field.
