Job Description
- The Business Analyst shall be responsible for designing and implementing critical customer-facing solutions, mainly on Zoho platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT projects
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Collaborate with other members and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Perform data analysis and create data models to support business decisions
- Identify and prioritize system enhancements and changes to improve business processes and performance
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Connect with senior business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements for the product development.
- Manage the adoption of new digital tools.
- Play an integral role in defining strategies, roadmap and execution plans to deliver business value that improves end user experience and operational efficiency.
- Analyzing current and prospective campaigns to understand their positive effects and cost-benefit analysis, and provide corrective actions
- Interact with business leaders to understand and create new business opportunities based on data analysis
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- The job requires a self-motivated, driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The resource may also have to manage train other team members. Implementing Zoho- Solution & developing customized applications.
- Lead the implementation of Zoho across the different modules
- Keep self abreast of all the features and updates and upgrade the system from time to time
- Manage quality and consistency of data, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives
- Update and maintain all records across the Zoho suite
- Assist, train and create guidelines and user guides for the team to use Zoho.
- Provide consulting around best practices of Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user experience
- Gather business requirements and proactively suggest solutions
- Trouble shoot and resolve issues
- Manage the software requirements of the Organisation
- Proactively suggesting new technologies that can help the team be more efficient
- Ensure smooth operations of all the systems across the organisation
- Managing All Zoho Applications for Internal Teams Including - Workflows, Knowledge Base Setup, And User Access Management.
- Understand Requirements by Function, Apis, Scripts, And Setup Processes in Zoho
Setup Knowledge for Users by The Team, To Learn and Execute Their Set of Processes
- Identify Opportunities for Integration with External Apps
- Act as Internal Zoho Support/Zoho Creator Desk to Troubleshoot Queries/Issues
- Train Users to Utilize Their Specific Zoho Apps for Their Use Case
- Plan, Implement and Manage Process Change Initiatives with Respective Department Heads
- Technical Requirements:
- Experience in building or implementing requirements on any Zoho application
- Experience in writing Zoho custom functions
- Zoho certification preferred.
- Have a functional understanding and experience of the entire Zoho Suite, especially CRM, People, Recruit, etc
- Understanding of the details and processes of such functions
- Be efficient in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps i.e. Recruit, CRM, Zoho mail etc.
- Have a complete understanding of the process from Development till the end support. A complete knowledge about the system configuration and its setup.
- Good knowledge to do technical documentation of the work

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
