What you’ll do:
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze the delivery times, shipping fees, packaging materials, shipping routes, gross margin on orders amongst other areas
- Measurement: Support team in establishing clear measurement plans for testing and report out on test results.
- Geographical Expansion: Provide key insights and recommendations when making decisions on moving into new markets.
- Cost Efficiency: Drive cost effectiveness through valuable data reporting and analysis
- Other ad hoc analyses
What you'll need:
- 3-5 years of analytics experience in Logistics & Supply Chain industry
- Experience in a scale up environment advantageous
- Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, extracting meaningful insights, and identifying patterns, trends and opportunities using statistical techniques and tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.
- Ability to analyze financial data, including revenue, costs, and profitability, and perform financial modeling and forecasting to support commercial decision-making.
- Understanding of logistics and Supply Chain, tracking and reporting and potential impact to a business.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and analysis. Familiarity with other analytics tools such as Python, R, or MATLAB can be an added advantage.
