Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Contribute towards the development of annual budgets for the group.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Other Accounting activities like submit accruals, address chargebacks, transfer funds between Cost Centers, etc.
Business Operations:
• Oversee the sourcing and procurement of software, hardware, subscriptions, network, voice, telecom, and other operational needs.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, transfer and exit of contingent workers.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact and consultant to assigned leaders, providing guidance and support on financial, vendor and operational matters.
• Drive initiatives/programs to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and mitigate risks across the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with leaders, managers, teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders across regions to align business objectives and drive results.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on financial and operational matters.
