About the Department

Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. Our department is responsible for managing IT operations, including system management, project management, infrastructure management, compliance management, security management, process management, and vendor management. As part of the Commercial IT department, you will be working closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams to deliver projects and manage systems. The Position

As an Associate Business Analyst - Test Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• You will play a crucial role in testing projects to ensure successful delivery and compliance with standards.
• Efficiently authoring and reviewing test plans, test cases, and relevant documents to define and implement test strategy.
• Identifying, implementing, and monitoring test metrics to improve testing processes.
• Organizing and monitoring the defect management process, handling changes, and conducting regression tests.
• Spearheading automation testing tasks, including planning, test scenario identification, and execution.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the testing domain, preferably in a service level-based organization or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good to have experience in computer system validation (CSV) and acceptance verification activities for GxP IT systems.
• Good knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience working with test management tools like HP ALM and Jira.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and external parties.
• Good to have ITIL knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and be a proactive team member.
