Roles & Responsibilities (You'll be improving and responsible for)
- You’ll be a part of the Founders team, working closely with functional leaders to create data-driven insights that directly contribute to Nova’s central operations.
- Create and refine dashboards that track business metrics & KPIs across all our teams, as well as identify key levers that help push those metrics in the right direction.
- Identify needle-moving levers for solving some of the biggest challenges faced by Nova, and develop effective analytics-driven solutions to remedy them.
- Assist the founders, product team and CX team in research & analysis for various cross-functional projects that are designed to improve Nova’s overall business performance
Job Requirement
Key skills:
- Excel - formulas, pivot tables, cleaning up data, financial analysis and projections
- SQL - basic queries and joins
- Business finance mindset
- Communication and collaboration skills
