We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.

Job role:

We are looking for Business Analysts for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. A Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help to identify business problems and proper solutions.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Salary Range: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA

Experience: 1+ Year experience

Preferred Qualification: B.Sc. (CS or Technology) or M.Sc.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication.
• Assisting in the development of functional requirements to improve quality and performance.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernization strategies.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Handle the data, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Fetch the required data from the database.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Preferred qualifications include a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Technology or an M.Sc.
• Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience can apply.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel.
• Expertise in MySQL, Python & Power BI.
• Design, develop and deploy reports to support business requirements using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Meta Base.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
