This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and identifying business needs, current practices, and information workflows. The Senior Business Analyst will also work with stakeholders to prioritize business requirements, create business process models, and ensure system compatibility.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Expertise in business process modeling and optimization
• Experience in creating business requirements documents and functional specifications
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
