Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and requirements -
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement -
- Work closely with technology teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs -
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution -
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle -
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals -
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success -
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform user acceptance testing and ensure quality of delivered solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field -
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role -
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
- Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements -
- Experience with process modeling and workflow analysis -
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies -
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities -
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools is a plus -
- Certifications such as CBAP or PMP are preferred, but not required
