Shop LC, US employs approx. 550 people in operations such as warehousing, customer service, merchandising, marketing, eCom, Marketplaces, Live Studio. Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Mobile App development. As a Mobile App Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your insights and expertise will drive the success of our Mobile App projects.

Business Analyst usually supports all aspects of the Mobile Applications projects from start to finish with a particular emphasis on requirements development and participation project quality activities.

Analysts involved in Mobile Applications development usually collaborate with Business Users, Project Managers, Product Managers, and other Business Analysts to elicit and gather requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document detailed requirements for Mobile App features and functionality. Understand user needs, pain points, and business goals.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor apps, and emerging technologies. Analyze market data to inform decision-making.
• Functional and Technical Specifications: Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within Mobile App development. Propose solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous testing and validation of software solutions. Address any issues promptly to ensure successful deployment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business sponsors, product owners, designers, and developers. Foster effective communication and alignment.
• Agile Practices: Apply Agile methodologies (such as Scrum) to manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables.
• Travel: Be willing to travel occasionally for project-related activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years as a Business Analyst, specifically in Mobile App development.
• Technical Awareness: Familiarity with mobile technologies (iOS, Android), APIs, and backend systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative Attitude: A team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
