Job description
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to identify data needs, identify data sources and document business requirements in connectivity domain. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization. • Capture requirements from the Business / Product Owners, Create/Manage Product Backlog (EPICS/User stories) with Acceptance Criteria • Work closely with Leads, POs, SMs, and Dev/testers from other teams and vendors • Provide inputs to design and develop insightful dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Grafana, Kibana, and Looker. • Monitor data quality and identify potential issues, recommending solutions and improvements. • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations. • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in Telecommunication and ISP services encompassing wireline broadband Internet access, IP TV services, telephony and wireless data access services • Work within multiple software development life cycle (SDLC) models, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. • Strong Telecom connectivity domain experience encompassing Wifi, ACS, RDK, Access networks, and Broadband CPEs • Knowledge in Data Analytics, Reporting and Dashboard Engineering • Strong business acumen to understand the data flow between network devices, CPEs, data networks and applications. • Proficiency in SQL and Database tools for data extraction and analysis • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and tools like GCP/AWS/Azure, PySpark, HDFS, Kafka, Grafana, Kibana, and Looker. • Familiarity with REST API best practices and usage • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Problem-solving and analytical skills
