Job Description
As a Business Analyst (BA2), you play a crucial role in the campaign and project lifecycle, specializing in the development and management of campaigns and clients across various accounts. Your key responsibilities encompass overseeing the entire campaign development process, showcasing expertise in account onboarding, campaign setup, SMS setup, and issue resolution. Additionally, you are entrusted with implementing best practices, fostering robust internal and external relationships, and addressing intermediate-level challenges through strategic and data analysis. Your involvement extends to client communication, where you'll showcase sound judgment in problem-solving and actively engage in project and client management.

What you will do
- Acts as a proficient liaison between developers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and understanding.
- Able to interpret customer needs and translate them into written campaign requirements.
- Work on complex technical work and guide campaign teams.
- Proficient in creating client presentations, delivering data analysis, participating in QBRs, creating LOE based on client requirements, and statistics in a simple and clear manner.
- Understand client SOW, Knowledge of Client’s business, goals/objectives, campaigns and how they utilize email products, and other integrated technologies.
- Able to manage client expectations based on defined processes.
- Able to handle multiple clients or individual projects independently.
- Good team player, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and diverse clients.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate qualification
- Proficiency in digital marketing and client management
- Strong teamwork capabilities are paramount, along with the ability to adeptly manage multiple projects, communicate persuasively, and act as a liaison between teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate within a team.
- Demonstrates perseverance and maintains a positive mental attitude.
- Flexibility to work in varying shifts.
