Job role and responsibilities:


We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to grow Brillare's presence in digital space in meaningful way and drive revenue growth through efficient and effective Performance Marketing campaigns across digital mediums - Facebook, Google, SEO, content discovery platforms to name a few.
Job Title : Performance Marketing Lead
Reporting To : Chief Operating Officer
Location : Ahmedabad (Head Office)
Lead Brillare's digital efforts through effective Performance Marketing campaigns including:
- Lead the Performance Marketing team for brand campaign performance across digital channels.
- Create a comprehensive advertising plan for all digital channels - social (Instagram, Facebook and YouTube influencer marketing) and run the Google Ads, Google Business, Google Shop.
- Keep a track of the performances in all the marketing areas and thus discover any hindrances to strategies.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to Brillare interfaces - website, social page.
- Closely work with the strategy and brand teams to be at a similar pace to improve marketing and campaign performance.
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Design and execute Email Marketing/SMS/WhatsApp Marketing plans.
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Tracking new user acquisition and conversion rates
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. To plan and effective execution of the Website Promotions and also track and evaluate the ROI
- Tracking and analyzing category, competition and consumer trends on various digital platforms
- Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management
Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years of Leadership/ Supervisory experience in Performance Marketing for a beauty and personal care category or anchoring team leader role digital marketing role in an agency
- Graduation + MBA from tier 1 institutes
- Analytical Skills: should be able to analyze the overall digital marketing performance
- Strategic Skills: SEO/SEM/ Online Marketing, Aware about marketing Database, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presence
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, email/SMS/affiliate marketing and hands on experience with any performance and social platform
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and effectively counter all probable hurdles/barriers and ensure appreciable performance in all KRAs.
