About Our Founders:
Bright was founded in 2019 by a founding team from McKinsey's Banking Practice (Petko Plachkov and Avi Patchava) and InMobi Data Scientist (Avi Patchava, Varun Modi, Avinash Ramakath, Jayashree Merwade)
What will you be doing?
- Work directly with Engineering, Business, Operations teams and Product leadership to scope out product requirements and manage weekly product launches.
- Leverage the data to understand the needs, motivation, and behavior of Bright users
- Define and own the metrics that determine business, product, and operational success and track these metrics to improve and evolve your product.
- Interface with the customer support team to solve Product and Tech issues and incorporate them into the product plan.
- Manage stakeholder communications around the product.
What should you bring with you?
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management - Product Analytics, Product Growth.
- Excitement to work in a consumer tech product for the U.S. consumer.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of technology and design of data-intensive consumer products
- Knowledge of Python/Django will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to work with Product and Engineering Leaders
- High-growth startup experience preferred.
