Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an effective generalist who can comfortably work in many different situations and is extremely strong at oral & written communication.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who has checked most of these boxes:
1) Has experience working as an APM or an Analyst for at least 12 months in a startup OR has built an end-to-end flow/product from scratch.
2) Has experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
3) Should have hands-on experience with SQL & other analytical tools.
4) Should be excited to work on complex problem statements.
5) Is comfortable discussing technical implementation with engineers and has an understanding of basic technical concepts like APIs, Frontend Backend, etc.,
6) Is hugely well-organised & skilled in managing competing priorities.
7) Should have high follow-through and be detail-oriented.
Of course, we understand checking all those boxes is impossible. Willingness to learn, do & perform trumps everything else.
What will you do?
#You will be involved in product experimentation related to product-led growth, sales, and marketing.
#You will own the improvements for the current set of features on our multiple products end-to-end.
#You’ll own critical user flows and work with engineers and designers to optimise further.
#Build internal-facing tools for internal teams like learning, program, sales & marketing to improve their productivity and the visibility of their KPIs.
