Should be from the customer service voice process.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, enthusiastic and result orientated
Well versed with Team and KRAs, Attrition and Shrinkage management, Feedback and coaching
Mentoring team to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
