In this role, you have the opportunity to Functional Expertise
- Design and implement the right metric to evaluate the effectiveness of employer brand initiatives on social media platforms
- Responsible for cascading the EVP and create brand ambassadors to promote it internally
- Responsible for further enhancing the organization's employer brand in the academia and student community, thereby creating a deep-rooted recall amongst the future talent.
- Manage and leverage BharatPe Career page, alumni network and campaigns to build on the employer brand
- Develop Talent Management framework and ensure implementation, communication, and integration across the organization to encourage fungibility, development and retention of top talent
- Execute the talent review across functions to ensure better succession planning and drive key talent decisions
- Implementation of Talent development programs that includes enabling structured individual/functional development plans
Problem Solving:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Employer Branding strategy for BharatPe amidst ever- changing talent landscape, emerging fintech industry, evolving start-up ecosystem to promote the organization and its EVP for both internal/external audiences.
- Bring about cultural shift in identifying and managing high-potential talent w.r.t. total rewards philosophy.
- Build a stronger succession pipeline for critical/ niche roles internally and enable TA to identify external talent
Interaction:
- Proactively participate in forums to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Work closely with Senior Leadership to implement talent management & employer brand strategies.
- Closely work with HRBP, L&D and TA teams to run talent review for creation of internal bench of top talent through people imperatives - Succession planning, Competence development, Career lattice, Accelerated academies
- Collaborate with PR & Comms team to build a strong employer brand presence internally and externally that promotes our EVP
- Engage with the student community through focused engagement initiatives targeting diverse communities And more..as we deal with ambiguity together!

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)
- You should get an MBA from a recognized university/college.
- 4-6 years of experience with a high growth/ industry leader/internet first organizations
- Expertise in Employer branding is mandatory, Talent Management is preferred
