Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for back-office processes like Data Entry, Database Management, Website Updations, backups, and resolving glitches with hostings and SSL integrations.
- Proficiency in MS office functions, preferably MS Excel, Outlook, MS Word
- Should have a good typing speed
- Should have good communication skills and be able to draft emails in English
- Should perform data management and will need to coordinate with various offices across the country.
- Preferred Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil
- Should be able to connect with chat support for various website management when required
- The candidate will need to be involved in billing, invoicing, and profile maintenance for various websites, hosting, servers, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
An ideal candidate for this profile will be a graduate with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in any back office role having good technical knowledge of using software and operating systems. Should be able to communicate with people across India and must be able to draft emails in English.
