Job Description:
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them or keep messages and regular correspondence.
- Vendor management
- Close follow up with the vendors and the clients
- Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Taking care of all the administrative work
- E-Mail & Letter Correspondence
- Assisting C.E.O/Director in all his routine work
- To do the calendar management
- Procurement
- General Administration
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. scanner, printer etc.)
- Customer service orientation
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Skills:
- Very Strong Interpersonal Skill
- Excellent Command on Spoken & Written English Language
- Excellent Communication with convincing ability
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
