- General Administration
- Telephone call management with communication with respective stakeholders
- Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation
- Taking care of all the administrative work
- Managing E-Mail and letter correspondence
- Assisting C.E.O/Director in all his routine work
- To do the calendar management
- Close follow up with the vendors and partners
- Procurement Process
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. scanner, printer etc.)
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Skills:
- Very Strong Interpersonal Skill
- Excellent Communication with convincing ability
- Excellent Command on Spoken & Written English Language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong follow up skills.
