Job Profile: Back Office Executive.

• General Administration
• Telephone call management with communication with respective stakeholders
• Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation
• Taking care of all the administrative work
• Managing E-Mail and letter correspondence
• Assisting C.E.O/Director in all his routine work
• To do the calendar management
• Close follow up with the vendors and partners
• Procurement Process
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. scanner, printer etc.)
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Very Strong Interpersonal Skill
• Excellent Communication with convincing ability
• Excellent Command on Spoken & Written English Language
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong follow up skills.
