Sales Process Management:

Goal Setting and Projections:
- Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to set realistic yet ambitious sales goals.

Sales Funnel Oversight:
- Manage and oversee the entire sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
- Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools to enhance productivity and accuracy in Sales Operations.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor them closely to ensure targets are being met.
