AddressWe are seeking a talented and dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our TA Center Operations team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and improving our company’s Talent Acquisition efforts. This role will involve providing essential administrative assistance to our recruiting team. We value familiarity with various recruiting strategies, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods. Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- The Talent Attraction Coordinator performs the end-to-end administrative support for the recruitment lifecycle, including Interview scheduling, travel coordination, offer process management, background verification and the application management in our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).
- As part of our Global Talent Attraction team, you will be responsible to ensure that both, candidate and hiring manager, have all necessary information at hand and feel comfortable within their respective roles.
- We rely on our Coordinators to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality for the processes by organizing candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases.
- Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management on ATS and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
- Maintaining Talent Acquisition database with accurate details on candidate, vacancy, etc.
- Ensuring proper communication about Talent Acquisition with involved stakeholders on candidate management
- Completing HR and business data for Talent Acquisition process
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
- Working cooperatively with all members of the team to support their TA admin needs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- You bring 2-5 years of work experience in the administrative support field, and you are fluent in English, written & verbal.
- Should hold a university degree.
- sense for people and a strong service orientation.
- Multi-cultural experience through international work is an added advantage.
- Your communication skills are excellent since you will partner with also Executive Hiring Managers.
- passion and mindset to work in an international, industrial oriented environment. You are a creative problem solver and a great team player.
- You are flexible and have an eye for detail and at the same time a strong business acumen with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- You are motivated and eager to take the initiative working independently as well as in a team.
- You are fit in MS Office applications (esp. Outlook), calendar management and experienced with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Previous experience in administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition will be an asset.
