About the advertising web applications team
The advertising web applications team is responsible for the customer systems allowing users to explore our advertising offerings and location/audience insights, book omni-channel advertising campaigns, and view detailed campaign reports and location analytics. We build UI components and pages with React and Angular and API endpoints with Python/Flask and Java. We also work closely with AWS and manage a number of related microservices: auth, search, video transcoding, feature flags, etc.
The associate level represents
Entry-level professionals with limited experience who perform small units of work with direct support and regular supervision. These employees apply and continue to develop skills related to their specific team or job function while demonstrating professionalism and commitment to the goals of the organization.

Location: Gurugram OR Remote, India
Responsibilities of the role
The role mainly requires manual testing with some automation, or the ability to grow into doing test automation.
- Create and execute test cases to ensure features are implemented according to specifications
- Verify that bugs have been fixed
- Add automated tests to existing frameworks
Required qualifications
- Education and professional experience:
- 4-year degree in STEM
- or 2+ years experience in technology
- Ability to take ownership of testing a feature based on the given requirements

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL (simple SELECT statements)
- Experience writing UI automation tests with a tool such as Testcafe, Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Experience testing APIs.

- Languages: Python, Testscript (basic knowledge)
- Tools: Jira, Postman, Git
