AddressJob Title : Full stack : Faridabad (Hybrid mode - once a week from office)
Experience : Minimum 5 Period : Up to 30 days and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using React.js, Java, Node.js, and Typescript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement engaging and intuitive user interfaces.
- Design and implement backend APIs and services using Node.js and Java.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Follow best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality codebase.
- Assist in estimating project timelines and deliverables.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and help foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to develop and implement new features.
- Mentor and guide other developers on the team, providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve the development process and application performance.
- Ensure that applications meet high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is maintainable, scalable, and efficient.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with proficiency in React.js, Java, Node.js, and Typescript.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
