Hiring for Business Excellence Role- Associate Partner

Priority for diversity (Only Females Candidates)
- Experience in Agile Transformation ,
- Business excellence sector agnostic however TMT is preferred.
- Strong BD (70%) + Delivery (30%)
- The individual should have hands on experience in the domestic market, should have worked in the India market for at least last 4-5 years (if not more)
- Experience in team management
- Has worked with clients - done a client facing role, interacted with CXO/ decision makers.
- Articulate, understands the business, the competitive landscape
