Role details:
- Title / Designation: Center of Excellence (COE) Lead
- Location: Bengaluru, Gurugram, Punjab
- Work Mode: Hybrid
Role & responsibilities:
- Design and develop a strategic roadmap for the COE aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the COE.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the designated area of focus. Implement the best practices and standards to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand business needs.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment of COE initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals within the COE. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage performance, conduct regular assessments, and provide coaching to team members.
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Foster a learning culture within the COE to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of COE initiatives.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance of the COE to stakeholders.
Candidate requirements:
- 15 - 19 years of experience in field of Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, AI / ML etc.
- Proficient in utilizing Tableau Desktop, Prep, Server/Online and knowledge of new developments in the area.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and innovation.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or master’s degree preferred.
