- End to end recruitment for the Non tech industry
- Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
- Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
- Managing existing the existing key accounts and mentoring the team.
- Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
- Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
- Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
- Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
- Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Working days: 5 days, WFO
Requirements:
6 months - 6 years’ experience into recruitment (preferably recruited for the logistics & supplychain industry)
This is work from office opportunity hence Mumbai based candidates are preferred.
