Title: Assoc Analyst, IT- Jr. Salesforce Admin

Location: Bangalore

What you’ll be doing

• Salesforce Administrator responsible for day-to-day deployments across multiple environments; execute to the plan;
• Ensure all Salesforce updates made seamlessly move from development through staging to production.
• Manage Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud platform production deployments (including but not limited to unlocked packages) working in an agile methodology environment
• User Management and Administration across multiple environments driven by complex user set up process (high number of profiles with complex set up of Roles; Territories; queues; groups; Permission Sets; etc.,)
• Running data deployments (sandbox seeding) to test features.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (ServiceCloud, Sales Cloud)
• Knowledge of Lightning and Classic, Declarative & Programmatic
• Preferred Hands-on experience with any deployment tools
• Good understanding of Salesforce Release Management process (Metadata- API support, Pre/Post Manual Steps complexity, Unlocked Packages, Shield, etc.)
• Awareness of working in Agile culture
• Knowledge with GIT & Code Branching
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience of working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in Windows and Linux Scripting
• Experience working with overlapping product release cycles

Certifications

• SF Admin
• App Builder
