Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, quality control, and hygiene standards
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to train and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of key performance indicators and ability to analyze data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or relevant field (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators, such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain proper stock levels
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and scheduling staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
