Handling and supporting the Project Manager in performing the vendor prequalification service as per the

requirements of the Client.

  1. Preparation of the evaluation criteria/checklist for the Prequalification process.
  2. Coordinating with the client for obtaining vendors and work package details.
  3. Coordination and follow-up with the vendors/suppliers for the obtaining the information required for the Prequalification evaluation.
  4. Performing the site inspections and factory inspections within Delhi NCR or outside based on the requirement of the work package.
  5. Evaluating the vendor/supplier based on the preset criteria and providing the scoring to the vendor/supplier.
  6. Preparing the site/factory inspection reports on timely basis to meet the TAT of the PQ process.
  7. Preparing the Prequalification reports of each package in coordination with the Project Manager and highlighting the findings during the evaluation process to the Client.
  8. Recording proper communication on approval received from clients for approvals and deviations in the criteria.
