Broad outline of the Role
- Responsible for managing projects right from planning, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to reporting progress to ensure adherence to timelines and the assigned budgets. This is an operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results for projects undertaken as per business requirements.

Minimum qualification & experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- 4-7 years in Program Management or related experience
Other knowledge/skills
- Reporting, proposal writing, and budget planning
- Good knowledge of programme and project management methods
- Risk assessment, time management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage initiation, Scheduling, tracking, reporting and execution of project as per the agreed schedule, scope using Standard templates
- Setting an appropriate schedule for the development of certain deliverables
- Define project milestones and highlight project dependency.
- Develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against established metrics.
- Support in managing project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Technical Competencies
1. Candidate should have Diploma/Graduation in Engineering along with 6-8 year experience of Optical fibre backbone (BB), IRU Last mile(LM) and Fiber Access Network related Materials.
2.Knowledge of material for different type excavation & protection method in Backbone route, Last mile Tower route and Access route-s Trenching, Ducting, Laying, Moiling, HDD, Blowing, Pulling and Chamber Connectivity.
3.Knowledge of Rollout Material, deployment and tracking like MRN, GRN FRN ATN STO Consumption and Final Reco.
Material planning, projection, scheduling, delivering and effective utilization of all inventory at site.
4. Quality Control and management, Knowledge of Airtel FF1 Application and Civil activities with HSW Compliance and Tracking .
5. BB/NLD/FTTB/LM/Quality route survey /planning execution & ROW knowledge and basic tool knowledge of fiber rollout.
