Requirements

4 to 7 years of IT Experience. Nuxeo Studio professional with expertise in ECM, leveraging Java, REST APIs and Cloud technologies for robust content management solutions. Expertise in Java, JavaScript & NodeJS. Good in DevOPS, GCP, GitLabEE and API management. Experience with web technologies, such as HTML and CSS. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies. Hands on experience in JIRA. ServiceNow Ticketing, Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel. Customisation and configuration of Content Management Services (Low code) Platforms. Solid understanding of content management principles and workflows. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug. Full time Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science/IT or related field. Strong customer facing skills, including verbal and written English Communication.

Responsibilities

Bug fixing, testing functionality, enhancement, and performance of application. Address user’s enhancement requirements of existing web applications Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for Global users. Log the user issues through JIRA ticketing system, Work until issue closure.
