Brief about the Team
Customer Service team is responsible to assist users with their queries, issues, and concerns. They address the customer's inquiries, provide support with orders and deliveries, assist with product information and recommendations, resolve complaints or issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The team is reachable through various channels, such as phone, email, or through WhatsApp. The customer service team closely works along with our consumers to provide the best experience and end-to-end services to them.
What will you do:
· Oversee our customer service team
· Providing guidance to direct reportees, typically comprising first-line leaders and supervisors
· Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
· Managing overall financial budgeting for all functions
· Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a group or function
· Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
· Interacting with senior management for reporting
· Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning
· Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reportees
· Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and working with team leaders to ensure the goals cascade to all team members
· Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them consistently
What are we looking for :
● Graduate with 5 + yrs of experience (Healthcare experience preferred)
● Good communication & analytical skills
● Technical skills (MS Office)
● Excellent people management & problem solving skills
