Area Service Manager

Job Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle a team & can able to give training when required
• Able to effectively work under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations within the company with a focus to improve company efficiency
• Ensure query resolution within TAT by coordinating with internal / external parties
• Receive calls from and make outbound call to merchants to understand their queries and help in resolution.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of Merchant queries and find corrective / preventive action
• Help merchant with possible solution by understanding the regulatory framework and operation workflow
• Conduct period calls with team on pending queries / escalations of merchants
• Prepare weekly data for merchants giving comparative analysis of total transactions processed, margin of error, status of open queries etc.
• Ensure queries are not repeated by implementing permanent solution
