Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations within the company with a focus to improve company efficiency
- Ensure query resolution within TAT by coordinating with internal / external parties
- Receive calls from and make outbound call to merchants to understand their queries and help in resolution.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of Merchant queries and find corrective / preventive action
- Help merchant with possible solution by understanding the regulatory framework and operation workflow
- Conduct period calls with team on pending queries / escalations of merchants
- Prepare weekly data for merchants giving comparative analysis of total transactions processed, margin of error, status of open queries etc.
- Ensure queries are not repeated by implementing permanent solution
