- Handling a team of ASE’s & SE’s/ motivating them & guiding them

- To be on top of the Market information & keep the organization updated.
- Identifying potential customers & developing business opportunities
- To ensure that he himself & his team follows the GTM norms.
- Building a healthy relationship in the market
