Responsibilities
• Ensure timely log-in of all files and track file status• Resolve log-in deviations with the sales team• Track IMD payments and maintain MIS• Deposit all IMD payments promptly• Obtain reports from vendors for FIs• Ensure timely disbursement and monitor discrepancies• Ensure error-free disbursement and accurate data entry• Capture OTC and PDD transactions as per approval matrix• Dispatch physical files, documents, and papers on time• Address and resolve customer requests/complaints• Vet property papers and control courier costs• Keep the team updated on policies and processes• Conduct regular training and maintain team discipline• Provide support to the business team and retain talent• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders• Register maintenance and closure of open items• Handover disbursement cheques post OTC transactions
Requirements
• Graduate/Post Graduate qualification• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations management• Preferably in the digital housing finance sector
