Role
As the Area Manager- CAD, you will be a part of CAD- India BU and will report to Lead CAD. The purpose of your role will be-
- To deploy Channel Excellence activities(channel expansion, deployment and engagement) in the Area Office
- To provide support to Sales, Service & Parts team in channel related activities
- To collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment of the channel partners for business growth
- To perform competition bench marking through market studies in order to create policy/strategy related to network expansion/deployment and engagement
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- To adhere to the proposed annual plan of Channel expansion as per Network Policy in the Area Office
- To achieve targeted Expansion Plan as per timelines both for appointment & activation.(Dealership/AD/ARD/DEC/AESC/SS/HGPD/Hero Sure)
- To monitor, achieve and evaluate the targeted impact from new activations.
- To review the identified poor performing Primary & Secondary Network partners on monthly basis with time bound action plan
- To ensure targeted Improvement Plan for the Channel Performance
A Day in the life
As the Area Manager- CAD, your day will start by monitoring and reviewing the activities related to Channel Expansion, development and engagement in your Area office in order to provide support to Sales, Service and Parts team. This role demands you to collaborate with other functional teams to ensure alignment of the Channel Partners for business growth. You will also have to enhance the utilization of existing channels with a view to integrate or split and simplify where appropriate (Re-Alignment). Also to help formulate strategies for identifying, developing and managing new channels.
