The candidate will be put into Software Support Role ( Technical) for the US Healthcare Software.
Education : ONLY B.Sc,BCA,MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech (Computer Science/IT)
Additional Qualification: Any Software Course Certification will be an added advantage

Experience :1 to 3 years in AR Calling (No Freshers)

Remuneration :upto 4,20,000/- CTC
Availability :Immediate or with short notice period (To start on 10-April-2024)

THE DESIRED PROFILE WILL BE INVOLVED IN PROVIDING SUPPORT RELATED TO THE US HEALTHCARE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Responsibilities
- To handle inbound calls from product users across the globe and troubleshoot basic issues
- Analyse the raised tickets and resolve using the product guide(Technical)
- Provide First level of support regarding the software product and determine to escalate to L2 Team
- Work with multiple teams in finding ,analysing and resolving client issues.
- To communicate with the internal team on newer issues related to the product and work on enhancing the support activities.

Salary: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
