We are currently seeking an End User support to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).

An End User Support personnel is a business consultant/Application Expert who has in-depth knowledge of business objectives, processes behind those objectives, and how they are transformed into capabilities within the application.

He/She should be a strong and impactful communicator with an ability to address end-user queries or concerns either directly or via group calls or community forums. He/She should have the ability to plan, organize end-user trainings on upcoming application releases and periodically conduct expert or walk-in sessions to actively receive feedback and address concerns.

• Understanding of IT systems and Web application architecture patterns
• Excellent and impactful communication
• Empathizing with End Users to understand the problem statement and resolve conflicts
• Proactively formulating solutions to business and end-user problems
• Creating in-depth reports and presentations on a business's processes
• Organize, host workshops and end-user presentations
• Working closely with key customers to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service
• Establishing communication networks with other consultants and stakeholders
• Studying new and potential trends within an industry
• Discovering new opportunities and improvement areas for the application
• Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
• Train users in new and existing IT systems
• Revise existing systems and suggest improvements along with the application architect
• Create and publish reports periodically on customer experience and satisfaction

• Minimum 14 years of experience in IT with a minimum of 6 years' experience in consulting, end-user-focused functions.
• Mid-level expertise in concepts of Object-oriented programming, Web application architecture, programming patterns, User Interface, User Experience (UX Design, Usability, accessibility, etc.), source control software (GIT, Bitbucket), unit testing (JUnit), and build automation/CI (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Foundation level expertise in architecture and design of Enterprise applications using Angular and Java, utilizing the services from AWS including RDS provided databases
• Foundation level expertise with application authentication and authorization models using M2M, Codegrant, Oauth2, Client Credentials, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, preferably prior international experience or working directly with international clients
• Experience working with Agile Ecosystem Principles, time-boxing, roles, and ceremonies
• Strong experience working in a continuous integration-driven environment with a proven track record of progressive thinking and continuous improvement.
