Summary: As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that align with business objectives. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for Salesforce development. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Financial Services Cloud, and Service Cloud, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Salesforce Sales Cloud - Salesforce Lightning Web Components - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud - Salesforce Service Cloud - Experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules - Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.Minimum 15 years of fulltime education
