PTC Windchill-Application Lead

Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : PTC Windchill Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE/BTech Key Reponsibilities : 1 Come with at least 6 years of PTC Windchill implementation 2 WBM Migration Experience would be a plus Should be able to estimate, design and guide developers in ETLV tasks 3 Should be able to engage with business in requirements gathering and requirements engineering to convert business needs into system/application design 4 Should have Expertise in Windchill customizations and knowledge of Windchill APIs 5 Should have keen understanding of agile methodologies to lead team in sprints Technical Experience : 1 Deep understanding of Windchill Architecture 2 Exposure in migrating data using java utilities, loaders etc 3 Knowledge of Windchill customizations and APIs 4 Experience on Java and creating Form Processors, Listeners, Action Models, Data Utiltities, Validators/Filters etc 5 Knowledge and Experience of Windchill configurations Lifecycles, OIRs, Workflows, Roles, ACLs, Preferences, etc 6 Knowledge of CAD integrations with Windchill 7 Experience in Data extraction, data transformation and data Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent communication skills 2 Good team player 3 Analytical skills 4 Ability to work under pressure 5 Ability to lead mid to large teams
