We are looking for Analyst - Coordinator who is responsible for providing support in knowledge management, training program coordination, process documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication for respective service lines.

What the role entails

Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:

Support Knowledge Management:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and capture information.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing knowledge repositories and databases. Categorize and tag knowledge resources for efficient retrieval.
• Manage document version control and ensure that the latest information is available.

Training Program Assistance:

• Support delivery of training programs for various roles.
• Coordinate training sessions, including booking venues, trainers, and equipment.
• Arrange and organize training materials, supplies, and resources for each session.
• Provide administrative assistance to training managers and instructors as needed- Prepare training-related documents, assessments, reports, and presentations.

Data Management:

• Collect and organize data related to process efficiency and training outcomes.
• Contribute to data analysis for identifying improvement areas and training needs.

About Yourself

We are looking for passionate candidates having:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ of experience in knowledge management, training coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage training logistics and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and participants.
• Analytical skills to collect and analyze data related to training effectiveness and process efficiency.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in knowledge management and training program design.
• Ability to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to respective service lines processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
