Job TitleSenior Manager/AGM Business ExcellenceAbout the DepartmentBusiness Excellence is the team accountable for Delivery Quality Assurance, Continual Process Improvement & Process Capability enhancement. The team’s primary focus is to deliver outstanding service to the clients by deploying robust Quality Assurance processes. Proactively understands the customer expectations & collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes. Drives Continual improvement as a culture through various learning interventions & projects in collaboration with Corporate Business Excellence function. Utilizes the CMM assessment framework to identify areas that need focus & work with stakeholders to bridge the gap & improve the capability levelsJob RoleRole Spectrum:· Senior Manager/AGM Business ExcellenceMain functions of job:Proactively engage with customer & practise leaders to deliver defect free outcomes to the end customers. Support the next level leadership in developing and deploying BE strategy for the Practise. Leverage digital capabilities to build a lean & effective quality organisation. Facilitate or Lead Governance and provide updates to senior management. Provide thought leadership including industry best practices and primary/secondary research from the practice point of view. Contribute as the single point of contact for any RFQ/RFPs & new business opportunities, for the practiseoReporting toAssistant General Manager or Deputy General Manager Business ExcellenceResponsibilities:Play a key leadership role, managing & leading quality assurance for the practise in scope, end to endDrive deployment of futuristic solutions to optimise Cost of Quality & minimise riskStrong governance on change management to ensure defect free deliveryTechnical Skills (exposure to)Overall 10-15 years relevant experience, with Min. 8 to 10 years’ experience with US Healthcare domain preferred; Insurance domain can be consideredMin.8 years’ experience in leading QA teamsSix Sigma BB certified; Lean / Design Thinking certified would be an added advantageDemonstrated experience of leading projects & delivering benefitsExperience in deploying digital solutions such as Analytics, Automations - would be an added advantageBuild & maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders, teams & solution partnersInformation security assurance, customer data privacy & risk management related to the practiseQualifications:Senior Manager Business ExcellenceBachelor or Master’s degree in a technology, business or hybrid disciplineUS Healthcare / Insurance industry exposureHigh analytical, written and oral communication skill.Experience in project Management & reporting (including risks, issues, action items).Experience in working with international clients, senior management and staff.Strong skills in Minitab,MS Excel, Powerpoint,Experience in RPA (particularly Automation Anywhere, UIPath and MS PowerApps) and data extraction tools, will be added advantageMust Require SkillsSenior Manager Business ExcellenceBachelor or Master’s degree in a technology, business or hybrid disciplineExposure to (US) Healthcare / Insurance domainProven Quality Assurance Strategy development & deployment experienceSix Sigma BB/Equivalent certified, with excellent Analytics and Problem-solving skillsDemonstrated capability to leverage technology in designing solutionsExcellent Facilitation skill, presentation & communication (both written & verbal)Multi Geo stakeholders ManagementOur promiseThe permanent position provides excellent growth opportunities in the Healthcare vertical.
