Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Sales background/Education will be recommended.
- Receiving In-bound calls and counseling for Medical and Engineering Aspirants.
- Outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams (Marketing, Admin-support).
- Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into admission.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills. (Fluency in English and Hindi both is a must)
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
- The candidate should be comfortable with the target-based job.
- Should be comfortable taking multiple calls in a day.
- Immediate Joiner from 1st June.
- Graduation in any field is mandatory.
- Outbound sales calling experience is mandatory (minimum 6 months)(Should have handled 100 plus Outbound calls on a single day with targets).
- The candidate should have Laptop or computer at home with a good internet connection(WIFI)
- Should know English and Regional language-Kannada or Malayalam or Tamil or Telegu)
- Should be comfortable working from home in lockdown and work from office when lockdown opens.
