We are hiring an Administrative Officer to join our team at Podar Education Network. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience required. The job is based in Panaji, Goa, India. This is a full-time position.

- Experience in transport and logistics management

- Manage and coordinate administrative functions and support activities
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle vendor management, including procurement and contract negotiations
- Oversee transport and logistics management
- Ensure efficient functioning of canteen and facilities management
