Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
- Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Able to handle the general purchase pertaining to office requirements.
- Making travel & hotel arrangements of the employees or guests.
- Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
- Arranging food and other necessities as per office requirement.
- Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
- Providing basic bookkeeping services.
- Any Bachelor Degree or a relevant field is preferred.
- Required at least 1-3 year's experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
