Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Procuring and management of office stationary and other consumables
  • Procuring and management of vendors.
  • Managing internal and corporate events
  • Pantry and Transport Management
  • AMC and maintenance of office equipment including Fire safety equipment.
  • Managing maintenance, repair & replacement of office equipment, appliances, electrical infra, UPS, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, etc.
  • Coordinating with various departments for admin. related requirements.
  • Facility, pest-control management and Fixed assets management.
  • Supervising Housekeeping staff and their work, maintain their roster and attendance on a daily basis.
  • Managing security function/physical security and roster of security guards
  • Handling team for addressing admin activities.
  • Part of team for various quality/other certifications and managing the requirements for Administration function.
  • Maintain MIS for admin and other required management information.
  • Taking care of shops and establishment license, other licenses for the company.
  • Company offices leave license/other agreements, renewal and management.
  • Courier services management and managing of inward/dispatch of documents
  • Other administration related functions as assigned.
  • Visit company locations for admin related activities/work.
  • To look after any infrastructure developments project
  • Should have some knowledge & experience of Travel desk
  • Suggest management for Admin policies
  • Should have experience in preparing Admin SOPs
  • Should have experience in handling various Audit as per the business requirements
  • Suggest management for cost reduction in any of the area
RequirementsDesired profile of the Candidate
  • Graduates /Post Graduates with relevant experience
  • Prior experience of 6-10 years in Administration function
  • Good Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Ms Office (especially in Word/Excel)
  • Ability to network with people and vendors.
