- Drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the management
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Gather collate and summarize data from various sources
- Phone calls to support business development activities
- Online business development activities about our business
- Social media marketing

- Prior experience in administrative positon
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
