Specialist - Influencer Marketing
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive Influencer Marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
- Identify and Recruit Influencers: Research and identify key influencers in our industry and niche markets. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and contracts as needed.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Influencer Marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, YouTube, blogs, and other relevant channels.
- Content Creation and Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and integrity.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in Influencer Marketing. Proactively identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to drive results.
Creator NPS and Retention Initiatives:
- Identify factors affecting creator satisfaction and implement strategies to address concerns aimed at achieving 80% yearly retention rate, develop and implement initiatives to measure and improve creator Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Careful Content Quality and Moderation Check: Conduct thorough moderation checks to verify content accuracy, relevance, and compliance with guidelines.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure influencer content meets ACKO standards.Provide constructive feedback to influencers to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure all influencer partnerships and content adhere to relevant guidelines, regulations, and brand policies.
Partnerships and Handling Mega Influencers:
- Negotiate and manage contracts, compensation, and deliverables with influencers of varying tiers. Identify and forge strategic partnerships with mega influencers and key industry players.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing Influencer Marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
